Today I woke at 5:30 and spent an hour kneeling in the corner of the room. I went to the toilet at 6:30, showered and put on my diaper, rubber shorts, grey trousers, black shirt and red tie. I had my yoghurt for breakfast and left for work at 7:00. Before I left I prepared the lodgers breakfast for him so that it was ready when he got up. His breakfast was cornflakes. Work was normal and my line manager was back so i didn’t have to stay late this evening. My main task for the day was to fix a 3D printer. I left work at 5:30pm and was home for 6:10pm. I cooked chicken in barbecue sauce for both myself and the lodger as soon as i got home. I have spent the rest of the evening upgrading the Linux installation on my desktop PC and configuring Office 365 to work with a friend’s domain name. I am just about to take my evening toilet break and continue with that before bed at 22:00.
