i woke at 5:25 and knelt in the corner for an hour and 5 minutes. At 6:30 i took a shower and checked my chastity cage and plug were on and in properly. i then got dressed in my diaper and rubber shorts. i dressed in black trousers and dark blue Shirt. i then had my yoghurt and left for work at 7:00. I had to work late today as someone was off ill. Toilet break in the evening was 20:30 but i didn’t leave work until 21:45 and when I got home the lodger was using my computer so I went straight to bed without dinner.
