Today i woke up at 5:30 and spent the first hour of my day as normal, kneeling and facing the wall. At 6:30 i showered, used the toilet and dressed in my diaper and rubber shorts. The lodger is at his girlfriends today so i had no need to wear anything else for the first bit of the day. i started my day by having my yoghurt as breakfast. Today was cleaning day so i started by making sure everything was in it’s place, then dusted and vacuumed the flat. i had some bits of IT to fix for various people so i started to do that before deep cleaning the bathroom at 3pm. i scrubbed everything down and made sure the room was sparkling before i was finished. i had expected the it bits to have been ready for my attention at that point, but they weren’t quite so i put myself away in the darkness of the storage cupboard for 30 minutes before i changed into my shorts and checked shirt ready for the lodger to arrive back. i then started to prepare the dinner for us both. it was gammon with roast potatoes and vegetables. The lodger arrived back around 5pm and dinner was served at 6pm. i of course gave him the best bits. i have spent the rest of the evening testing the fixes to the IT i put in place. i had my toilet break at 8:30pm and am just about to go to bed as it is nearly 22:00
